About Liturgical Living

Liturgical Living was created for Catholic families and homeschoolers who want a simple way to bring more of the rhythm of the Church year into their homes.

For every feast you'll find a saint's story or something to read aloud, a prayer to pray together, a traditional, simple recipe to try, a book list to choose from, and simple activities and resources like coloring pages, crafts, songs, and videos for celebrating well. My prayer is that these small, ordinary actions: reading, eating, praying, singing, will be a means for building joyful memories, bringing our faith alive, returning to tradition, and making a liturgical living easily accessible for a modern family.

Who Builds It

The Liturgical Living App was developed by Jessica Tancredi - a Catholic homeschooling mom of 4. I wished something like this existed, so I created it! Everything is in one place, so it is easy to implement. No more searching the depths of the internet for resources; no more scrambling last minute; and no more forgetting important feast days and celebrations! My hope is that Catholic parents and families can easily use this app to help build memories, learn together, share meaningful moments, be inspired by the stories of the saints and grow in faith as a family.

This is a beta version, so feedback, suggestions, and comments are most welcome. The full app version will have push notifications as an option that will remind you a week, 3 days, and/or 1 day ahead of time so that you can prepare and get any ingredients you need for a recipe you want to try, or print pages you need for activities.

Contact

I want to hear from you! Please send any questions, corrections, and suggestions my way. Do you know a great recipe, book, or activity that belongs on a feast day? Send it our way and we will look into it and consider including it in our library! Thanks so much. - Jessica
