Sts. Perpetua & Felicity, Martyrs
Perpetua, a young noblewoman nursing her infant son, and Felicity, who gave birth days before her execution, were martyred together in Carthage in 203 for refusing to renounce Christ. Perpetua's prison diary is one of the earliest surviving writings by a Christian woman. They are the patrons of mothers and expectant mothers.
