St. John the Evangelist

John, the "beloved disciple," leaned on Jesus' heart at the Last Supper, stood at the foot of the cross, and ran to the empty tomb. He is traditionally the author of the fourth Gospel and the book of Revelation. He is the patron of authors, friendships, and theologians.
